    Investor Charter

    This Investor Charter sets out the services offered, investor rights, expected turnaround times, and dos and don'ts for investors dealing with Caply and its distribution partner, MoneyTrail Securities Private Limited (ARN-190417).

    1. Vision and Mission

    Vision: To enable every investor to invest in mutual funds in a safe, transparent, and efficient manner, with a clear understanding of the products, risks, and services on offer.

    Mission: To distribute suitable mutual fund products with the highest standards of ethical conduct, transparency, and investor protection, in accordance with the AMFI Code of Conduct for Mutual Fund Distributors.

    2. Services Provided to Investors

    • Assistance with account opening, KYC completion, and onboarding onto the Caply platform
    • Facilitating purchase, SIP, STP, switch, and redemption transactions in mutual fund schemes on an execution-only basis
    • Providing access to scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) and category-level product information
    • Sharing transaction confirmations, account statements, and regulatory communications
    • Handling service requests such as folio updates, nominee updates, and bank-detail changes, subject to AMC/RTA processes
    • Grievance redressal in respect of the distribution services provided
    Caply (through MoneyTrail Securities Private Limited, ARN-190417) provides execution-only distribution services and does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or research recommendations.

    3. Investor Rights

    • To receive all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) before investing
    • To be informed of the commission the Distributor receives from AMCs for Regular Plan transactions
    • To know that other mutual fund products and Direct Plans are also available, and that Caply's offering is limited to the schemes distributed by MoneyTrail Securities Private Limited
    • To receive timely and accurate transaction confirmations and account statements
    • To have personal data collected and processed in accordance with the Caply Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act, 2023
    • To a fair, transparent, and timely grievance-redressal process, and to escalate unresolved grievances to the AMC/RTA, AMFI, or SEBI (SCORES / SMART ODR)
    • To withdraw consent for data processing and request correction, updating, or erasure of personal data, subject to legal retention requirements

    4. Expected Turnaround Times

    5. Dos for Investors

    • Deal only with SEBI-registered intermediaries and AMFI-registered distributors; verify the ARN of any distributor you deal with.
    • Read the SID, SAI, and KIM carefully before investing in any scheme.
    • Verify the registered mobile number and email linked to your folios.
    • Keep KYC details up to date and use only official Caply channels for transactions.
    • Retain records of all transaction confirmations and correspondence.

    6. Don'ts for Investors

    • Never transfer money to the personal bank account of any distributor, employee, or representative, including anyone associated with Caply or MoneyTrail Securities Private Limited. All payments must be made only through official, AMC-authorised payment channels.
    • Do not share your login credentials, OTPs, or KYC documents with anyone claiming to represent Caply outside official, verified channels.
    • Do not act on unsolicited investment tips or guaranteed-return claims received through calls, messages, or social media.
    • Do not sign blank forms or share signed blank cheques with any distributor or agent.

    7. Grievance Redressal

    If you have a grievance relating to the distribution services provided through Caply, please use the process and escalation matrix set out on the Grievance Redressal page, including escalation to SEBI SCORES (scores.sebi.gov.in), the SMART ODR portal (smartodr.in), or AMFI for concerns about distributor conduct.
