    1. Who We Are

    Caply operates on a two-entity structure. CAPLY FINTECH LLP builds and operates the Caply technology platform — the website, mobile application, and dashboards. Mutual fund distribution services offered through the platform are provided by MoneyTrail Securities Private Limited, a distributor registered with AMFI. Neither entity is registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser.

    4. Nature of Services

    Caply provides execution-only mutual fund distribution services. Neither CAPLY FINTECH LLP nor MoneyTrail Securities Private Limited provides investment advice, portfolio management, or research recommendations. Investors should read the Scheme Information Document (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI), and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of a scheme, and make their own investment decisions, or consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser for personalised advice.
